Job Description

Role: We are looking for a sharp and process-driven HR Operations Executive to support core HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams, timely documentation, and adherence to key HR processes and policies.
Responsibilities:Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and exit formalitiesCoordinate inputs for monthly payroll processingMaintain employee records and ensure process complianceSupport HR data accuracy and regular system updatesMonitor attendance and leave data as per policyHandle routine employee queries and operational supportAssist in internal HR communications and engagement activitiesSupport policy updates and documentation as requiredWhat Were Looking For1-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar roleBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field(An MBA in HR or relevant certification is a plus)Strong attention to detail and coordination skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with HR systems and toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesCompensation: Best in the industryLocation: GurugramWebsite Link: https://www.wizcommerce.com/
