Job Description

About the Role:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, especially in equity advisory, sales, and back-office roles
    • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent in the financial services sector
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Employee Engagement & Relations

    • Foster a positive work environment and encourage open communication
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and retention strategies
    • Address employee grievances and conflicts professionally
  • Performance Management

    • Coordinate and oversee quarterly/annual performance review cycles
    • Work with team leads to ensure goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans
  • HR Policy & Compliance

    • Maintain and enforce HR policies, procedures, and documentation
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
    • Manage records related to leaves, attendance, disciplinary actions, and onboarding/offboarding
  • Onboarding & Exit Management

    • Streamline the onboarding process to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires
    • Conduct structured exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement
  • Payroll Coordination & Attendance

    • Collaborate with the accounts/payroll team for timely and accurate salary processing
    • Monitor and manage attendance and leave records

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum

    2 years of experience

    in HR roles, preferably in

    financial services, broking firms, or investment advisory firms

  • Strong expertise in

    recruitment

    ,

    employee engagement

    , and

    performance management

  • Good understanding of HR software, Google Workspace, and Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a growing workforce efficiently
