HR Manager

As an HR Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy. You will be expected to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues effectively. Managing the recruitment and selection process will also be a key part of your role. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital will be essential. You will need to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, nurturing a positive working environment. Your responsibilities will also involve overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, assessing training needs, and applying and monitoring training programs. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics will be crucial. You will also be responsible for ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management. To be successful in this role, you should have proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive. Being people-oriented and results-driven is essential, along with demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, the ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills, and excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required. You should have the competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, and a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
