Key Responsibilities:
· Conducted initial screening calls to confirm job search status, assess travel feasibility, and discuss current and expected salaries.
· Evaluated candidate's English proficiency. Forwarded relevant resumes to department heads for review. Scheduled interviews in coordination with department heads and candidates.
· Confirmed interview attendance and ensured candidates were comfortable on the interview day
. Conducted primary interviews and filled out assessment sheets.
· Coordinated secondary interviews with department heads and directors when necessary. Followed up with candidates regarding document submission post-selection.
· Managed the joining process, including document collection, form filling and updating HRMS. Created monthly and daily reports.
