As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Grexa AI, located in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, you will be an integral part of our team for a duration of 6 months. You will be responsible for managing job postings on various platforms to attract top talent, coordinating with hiring managers for interview scheduling, and providing prompt feedback to candidates. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and outreach activities, while also maintaining the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy. Researching recruitment trends and optimizing hiring strategies will be a key aspect of your role, along with contributing to the creation and updating of inclusive and appealing job descriptions. We are seeking candidates who can work from our office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, are available to start immediately, and can commit to a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
