As an Intern HR in the Human Resource department at our location in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, you will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment and employee documentation. Your key responsibilities will include screening candidates, scheduling interviews with department heads, handling joining formalities, and maintaining personal documents of employees. Additionally, you will be required to maintain MIS reports of new joiners, handle queries from new employees, and post job openings on various portals and social media platforms. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate or post-graduate with a background in Human Resource field. Prior knowledge in recruitment, job posting, and HR operations will be beneficial. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential as you will be required to maintain databases and reports using these tools. Apart from these responsibilities, you will also assist the HR team with other backend tasks as needed. The role may involve other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time. This internship offers a stipend ranging from 5000 INR to 7000 INR per month.
