With a growing international presence, their India Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore plays a vital role in supporting the back-office operations of our core business units, including HR, Finance, IT, and more.
As they scale their global operations, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (GCC Lead) to lead HR strategy, operations, and governance in India while serving as a key connector with the global teams.
As the HR Business Partner for India, you will also act as the HRMS (Paycom) administrator, supporting cross-location implementation, troubleshooting, training, and data governance. The role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is passionate about building HR functions from the ground up.
