Job Description

As an HR Global Shared Services Specialist, you play a crucial role in optimizing HR service delivery, enhancing efficiency, and improving the employee experience through centralized and streamlined processes. Your primary responsibility is to establish and manage a centralized service delivery model for HR functions, ensuring consistency and standardization across the organization. You will be tasked with identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery efficiency. This may involve implementing HR technologies, automation, and self-service tools to improve the employee experience and reduce administrative burdens. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects, leading project teams/streams, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
