Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Generalist located on-site in Hyderabad. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for recruiting new employees, managing employee relations, facilitating training for new hires, and developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with managers to ensure that staffing needs are met and act as a liaison between employees and management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience with HR Administration, recruitment, operations and employee relations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India and the ability to comply with them
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, staffing, and training and development
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams within the company
