Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Bommasandra, Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing End to End Recruitment, Handling Training and Development, manage the Performance Management System, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR management processes. The role involves collaborating with various teams to support the overall HR strategy and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of experience in HR
• Experience in Training and Development
• Strong Recruitment skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
