In Pan India, we hire candidates for every industry, including non-IT industries. * Strong abilities in sourcing, screening, references, and head-hunting as a medium to identify potential candidates and hire candidates for permanent positions in client firms* Excellent interviewing and consultation skills Proficient in working with candidates and providing pre-interview screening and consultation.* Understanding clients requirements and providing the best candidate Client Handling, Salary Negotiation, Executive Hiring, Team Management Experienced in Volume/Mass Hiring, and Niche Skill Hiring for Pan IndiaManaging end to end Employee Life cycle.Actively drive employee engagement activities & Induction, Orientation / Training for on roll & off roll.Talent acquisition for on-roll as well as off-roll.Ready to visit of customer location, audit, train & superviseAble to handle email accounts & expertise in MS Outlook, document and bring all updates to leadershipShould have well versed with MS-Office & MS-Outlook & proper knowledge of Job Portals.Other HR operational activities.Have to generate/prepare Offer, Appointment Letters & various kinds of official correspondence.End to end support in Joining & Exit formalities.Handling employee queries over phone/email/portal and ensuring time-bound closure.Should be able to have a quick understanding on HRMS systems and maintain the same on-going for any change that comes inMaintaining updating daily monthly, quarterly yearly MIS.Knowledge of preparing employees ID Cards.Coordination with each & every vendor for their particular queries.
