Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven

HR Executives

with 0 to 2 years of experience in

IT & Non-IT recruitment

. This role involves full-cycle recruitment and coordination along with client acquisition and employee welfare responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (from
fresher to mid-level
)
Source, screen, and schedule candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Actively work on acquiring
new recruitment clients
for Kramah Software
Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external clients
Support employee welfare and engagement activities
Collaborate with the HR and operations team on various ongoing HR initiatives
Daily reporting of work progress and candidate status

Requirements:

Bachelors or Master s degree with
HR specialization
(mandatory)
0 2 years of experience in
recruitment
(IT/Non-IT)
Strong
sourcing and screening
skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.
Good written and verbal
communication skills
Own laptop
and willingness to carry it to the office daily
Must be willing to
work from office (Bangalore)
for the first
2 months
Can opt for
work from home after 2 months
, based on performance and understanding of company work culture
Should be a
team player
, dynamic, with a positive attitude
Immediate joiners preferred
