A&A Infotech Solutions is a non-voice BPO company operating from Trivandrum catering to business needs of US clients. We are currently looking for young and energetic aspirants to join our team as Business Development Executive- cum Client Relation Executive from Kerala only . Proven working experience as a business development executive / Project Manager/Process Manager, sales executive or a relevant role in BPO Sector. Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company. Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects. Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking. Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc. Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Proficiency in English(verbal). Market knowledge (IT field , BPO- Both Voice and Non-Voice) Ability to build rapport. Time management and planning skills. Any UG/PG Degree Needs to work on Rotational shift (Night shift, Evening shift & Evening shift -on a weekly rotational basis) Need to come to office for the first 2 months (Morning shift at Office). Compensation First 3 months of training Rs. 10,000 per month will be provided.
