Role & responsibilities

  • - Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies.
  • - Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
  • - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower needs.
  • - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • - Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • - Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • - Bachelors degree in any field (HR specialization preferred).
  • - Proven experience in hiring across various roles and departments.
  • - Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • - Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
