Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Manage hiring for senior BD and technical development profiles, with a keen understanding of role requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to define hiring needs and job descriptions.
  • Maintain candidate database, track application statuses, and update recruitment reports
  • Assist in onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
  • Support performance reviews, employee engagement, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a digital marketing or IT company
  • Proven experience in hiring for senior BD and technical roles is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the recruitment cycle.
