Role Overview: We are seeking a committed HR professional with strong experience in Telecom/IT recruitment and a basic understanding of HR generalist responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing positions. Use Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other platforms to source quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill open roles on time. Assist with onboarding, documentation, and basic employee coordination. Requirements: 2–4 years of HR experience, with at least 2.5 years in Telecom or IT recruitment. Basic exposure to generalist tasks like onboarding and HR documentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn. Looking for serious candidates who are committed to long-term growth. Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus.
