Job Description

Medtek Dot AI Pvt limited is a data science consulting company supporting global Pharma and Biotech companies.

Handle full-cycle recruitment for positions in the pharmaceutical domain, including understanding role requirements, interviewing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, and managing offers.
Able to work in a fast paced environment with strict timelines
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Coordinate and manage interview logistics and feedback collection.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure compliance with recruitment and hiring policies, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, quality of hire).
Work with good colleges in hiring recent graduates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience working with pharma clients or in a small startup serving

pharma or technology industry.
