HR and Payroll Administrator

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records including attendance, leave, and salary revisions. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with various statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, TDS, and Gratuity. Managing onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will be expected to support employee engagement initiatives and track performance processes. Generating HR reports, assisting in audits, and maintaining MIS documentation will be part of your daily tasks. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality are also crucial for this position.
