Job Title: HR Admin (US Staffing)

Experience: Fresher (Immediate joiners)

Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 4:00 AM

Work week: 5 Days

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team and support our US operations. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with strong communication skills to kick-start their career in Human Resources. The role requires working during night shifts to align with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming organizational calls and respond or route them appropriately
• Assist in employee onboarding processes including documentation, induction coordination, and system updates
• Conduct and coordinate background verification checks for new hires
• Maintain accurate HR records and update internal databases as needed
• Provide assistance to US-based teams and employees on general queries and requests
• Support in drafting and sending official HR communications/emails
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations
• Take care of any additional operational or administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts (US Time Zone)
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach
• Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus (not mandatory)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred)
