Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor located in New Delhi. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping staff, managing laundry services, ensuring excellent customer service, effective communication, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping.

Qualifications

Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
Experience in managing housekeeping and laundry services
Strong understanding of housekeeping standards
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
