Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Train and mentor new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in the hospitality industry.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
