Job Overview: We are looking for a Travel Agent / Business Development Executive who will be responsible for connecting Town Palace Inn with a wider network of travel agents, tour operators, online travel companies, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-connected in the travel ecosystem, and result-driven, with the primary goal of increasing room occupancy and long-term corporate tie-ups. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strong relationships with B2B travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators. Identify and onboard corporate accounts, travel management companies (TMCs), and DMCs. Increase group bookings, corporate stays, and long-term partnerships. Represent Town Palace Inn at networking events, travel fairs, and local meet-ups. Prepare and present rate contracts, deals, and customized packages. Ensure a steady pipeline of B2B leads to increase monthly occupancy rates. Maintain updated database of travel partners and corporates. Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, front office, operations) to ensure seamless service for B2B clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports. Requirements: Proven experience in hotel sales, travel agency partnerships, or business development in the hospitality/travel sector. Strong network with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate travel managers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and generate results.
