1. *Leadership*: Lead and motivate the hotel team to achieve outstanding service standards and business objectives.
2. *Guest Satisfaction*: Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving complaints, and exceeding expectations.
3. *Operations Management*: Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
4. *Revenue Management*: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
5. *Budgeting and Cost Control*: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
6. *Marketing and Sales*: Collaborate with sales teams to drive bookings and revenue growth.
7. *Quality Control*: Ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the hotel.
8. *Staff Development*: Train, develop, and coach staff to enhance skills and performance.
9. *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
