As a Hostess, your main responsibility is to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers at the F-Bar. You will greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure an organized and efficient flow of operations. Your duties include warmly welcoming customers, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus to ensure their comfort. You will handle reservation requests, maintain an organized reservation system, and coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff for efficient management. Additionally, you will provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions, address customer inquiries and concerns, and manage customer waiting lists during peak hours. Maintaining cleanliness and ambiance is crucial, so you will ensure the dining area is clean, tidy, and appropriately set up, collaborate with the cleaning staff, and assist in creating a pleasant ambiance. Communication with the kitchen and waitstaff is essential for smooth operations, as you will relay customer feedback and special requests. You will also collaborate with the management team to organize and execute special events, ensuring they run smoothly by coordinating with staff and customers.
