Key Responsibilities

• Management of Hostel Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies.
• Resident Welfare: Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Discipline Enforcement: Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline among residents and addressing any violations.
• Staff Management: Supervise hostel staff, including hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews to ensure effective service delivery.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle conflicts and grievances raised by residents, facilitating a harmonious living environment.
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of hostel premises, coordinating with external vendors for necessary supplies and services.
• Event Coordination: Organize events and activities to promote community engagement and interaction among residents.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hostel activities, incidents, and resident information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
