Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Freelance Admission Counsellor to promote and convert school + hostel admissions for a reputed school in Chidderwala, Dehradun. This is a fully commission-based opportunity. The counsellor will be responsible for generating their own leads and converting them into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through personal network, digital channels, field visits, parent groups, tuition centers, etc.
• Engage with potential parents/students and counsel them on the school’s curriculum, infrastructure, hostel facilities, and admission process.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.
• Coordinate school visits or virtual interactions for interested parents.
• Track leads, maintain follow-up records, and submit weekly reports.
• Work independently with complete ownership of the admission conversion cycle.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English).
• Strong, convincing and counselling ability, especially with parents.
• Understanding of school admissions and residential schooling.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com., BBA, etc.)
• Preferably with experience in school admissions, field marketing, or counselling.
