Role & responsibilities SKILL SET- Infrastructure Support Engineer. Required Experience: Windows, Horizon Instant Clones, VDI Administration Primary Skills Experience with VMware products. (Specifically ESXi, vCenter, Horizon Instant Clones) Horizon VDI experience, reading error logs would be needed Experience with Certificate Management & patching of VMware suite. Experience with System Administration in a primarily Windows environment. Experience in Automation and scripting Experience working with various teams both business and technical Strong communication experience Strong documentation/writing experience Experience with scripting languages such as Python/Powershell/VB a plus Patience and attention to detail is essential Financial industry experience is a plus Preferred candidate profile Horizon VDI experience, reading error logs would be needed for escalations. we need someone experienced with Scripting & Horizon Instant Clones/RDSH. Top 5 skillset: 1..Horizon RDSH, VMware, VDI , horizon cloning 2. strong in Scripting (APIs) & automation 3. Documentation (JIRA, confluence or KANBAN) 4. Should know monitoring tools 5. CICD good to have (not mandate)
