Job description We are conducting Interviews for Evaluation Engineer - Join the CARS24 Growth For queries, contact HR Divya at 9810045826 Job Responsibilities: Conduct 6 to 8 Car inspections per day at customer locations (company-generated leads). Cover a radius of 45 to 60 km/day. Ensure timely and accurate vehicle evaluations. Input inspection data into our internal systems. Deliver excellent customer experience during each visit. Eligibility Criteria: Education: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic in Mechanical, Automobile, or similar fields. Must have a 2-wheeler and valid Driving License (DL). Must be able to drive both manual and automatic cars. Willing to work on weekends (rotational weekly off provided). Good observation, communication, and reporting skills. Candidates with 1 to 7 years of experience in the automotive industry particularly in roles such as Service Advisor, Bodyshop Advisor, Motor Claim Surveyor, or similar inspection-related positions will be given preference. Job Title: Civil Engineer Finishing Stage Inspector Location: Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Bangalore. Experience: 2- 5 Years Department: Civil Engineering / Quality Inspection Reports To: Regional Inspection Manager / Operations Head About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineer with strong finishing-stage experience to join our dynamic inspection team. The role involves conducting thorough Pre-Delivery Quality Inspections (PDQI) of completed residential or commercial properties to ensure construction quality, adherence to standards, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and reporting finishing-level defects using high-tech tools and checklists. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of finished properties, including walls, ceilings, flooring, tiling, paint, doors, windows, plumbing, and sanitary fittings. Identify defects, poor workmanship, or material issues in finishing and final-fit-out stages. Use digital tools (e.g., PropChks proprietary snagging software) to document and report issues with photographic evidence. Liaise with homeowners to explain inspection findings. Prepare and deliver clear, structured inspection reports with actionable recommendations. Ensure re-inspections are done to cross check the given inspected points. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. BOQ (Bill of quantities) audit of post interiors. Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 25 years of hands-on experience in site execution, finishing works, or quality control (preferably residential/commercial high-rise projects). Strong attention to detail and ability to identify snagging and de-snagging issues. Familiarity with tools like SnagR, AutoCAD, Google Sheets, etc., is a plus. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and regional language. Comfortable with site travel and field work across project locations. Why Join Us?
