Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. BOQ (Bill of quantities) audit of post interiors. Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) 25 years of hands-on experience in site execution, finishing works, or quality control (preferably residential/commercial high-rise projects). Strong attention to detail and ability to identify snagging and de-snagging issues. Familiarity with tools like SnagR, AutoCAD, Google Sheets, etc., is a plus.
