Responsibilities:

• Design domestic and international itineraries tailored to customer needs.
• Follow up with new and existing customers on tour packages.
• Handle end-to-end travel services: tour packages, airline bookings, hotels, costing, and documentation.
• Respond to customer queries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with suppliers and hotels to process bookings efficiently.
• Prepare customized quotations based on supplier costings.
• Update tour packages on our web portal.
• Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong customer database.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided!

Shift Timing: 7:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST
Transport: Home drop-off provided for the shift
