Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product features and functionalities. Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of products. Job Role 2 : Associate Project Delivery Manager Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Position Type: Full-Time Hybrid Model Work About the Role Job Description We are looking for a qualified Associate Project Manager cum Team Lead, with minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, to manage the team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a day-to-day basis. As an Associate Project Manager, you will be the point of contact for all team members and internal stakeholders, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to take decisions proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. As a team lead, you will be responsible for and assisting the Project Manager for all Project deliverables, and day-to-day execution of the project, in addition to providing effective technical support and Mentoring of the team. You will be working in a demanding and exciting environment that is creative and flexible but still detail oriented and vital to the success and strength of the company. Skills: Total Exp - 6+ yrs to 12 Yrs Minimum 3-4 years in APM or Lead role SQL,AWS/ Azure Agile Methodology Customer handling People Management/ Team Management Delivery management Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in managing the projects Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives Responsible for finalizing and documenting requirements from customers Implement high-level requirements using robust solutions, within predefined timelines, and scope limitations Spearhead and Co-ordinate development activity required for the Project (Automation scripts, Tool development, etc) Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team Communicate with customers as necessary, which includes participation in customer calls in US time zones (varied zones) Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design, analysis and other documentation Update sprint tracker with accurate information to identify the risk and issues proactively at the sprint level Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule Remove the technical impediments Provide support and communication via email, phone, and in person Participate in customer support processes Demonstrate expertise in a variety of application development, technology concepts, practices, and procedures Ensure compliance of ETL processes with accepted methodology and communicate to responsible managers or staff.
