Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, costing analysis, and market research.
Manage existing customer relationships to increase sales volume and revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Provide technical support to customers on plastic components used in automobiles.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Business Development, Costing Knowledge, Lead Generation, Marketing, Plastic Components, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical).
Strong understanding of the automobile industry and its applications for plastic components.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
