Role Overview

Brand Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and lead

    brand architecture, positioning, and identity

    across multiple business verticals (real estate, hospitality, wellness).
  • Craft and execute

    brand narratives

    that resonate with premium audiences.
  • Ensure

    cohesive brand messaging and visual consistency

    across offline and digital channels.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute

    multi-channel brand marketing campaigns

    for launches, activations, and seasonal promotions.
  • Drive

    creative briefs and campaign concepts

    in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
  • Oversee

    content creation (videos, social, print, digital)

    aligned with premium aesthetics and business goals.

Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

  • Identify and manage

    strategic partnerships

    (luxury brands, lifestyle platforms, wellness tie-ups) for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Execute

    brand collaborations and events

    to enhance market presence and customer engagement.

Consumer Insights & Market Research

  • Conduct

    market research and competitor analysis

    to refine positioning and campaign strategies.
  • Leverage

    consumer insights and data

    to improve brand resonance and ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    sales, digital performance, and events teams

    to integrate brand efforts with revenue objectives.
  • Align brand campaigns with

    lead generation and customer experience initiatives

    .

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Track KPIs like

    brand awareness, engagement, and campaign ROI

    .
  • Present

    brand performance dashboards and strategic recommendations

    to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:

    Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
  • Experience:

    58 years in brand marketing/strategy;

    mandatory ad agency background

    with exposure to premium/luxury accounts.
  • Expertise in

    integrated marketing campaigns, creative direction, and premium brand positioning

    .
  • Familiarity with

    luxury real estate, hospitality, or wellness sectors

    is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent skills in

    storytelling, stakeholder management, and creative briefing

    .
