Hiring Manager/ Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to understand their hiring needs, workforce planning, and job role requirements
• Translate client expectations into effective hiring strategies and sourcing plans
• Collaborate with internal recruiters or sourcing teams to deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines
• Negotiate sourcing fees, terms, and contracts to ensure mutual benefit and profitability
• Own and drive revenue generation from new and existing client relationships
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent delivery and service excellence
• Provide market insights, hiring trends, and consultative support to clients when required
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of client interactions, fee agreements, and recruitment outcomes

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of experience in hiring/recruitment or talent acquisition with client-facing exposure
• Strong negotiation and business development skills with a focus on revenue generation
• Deep understanding of various sourcing channels, job roles, and industry hiring practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and hiring pipelines simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using recruitment software, ATS, and CRM tools
