Role & responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our voice process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries over the phone, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls professionally and courteously.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information or solutions.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
Achieve call quality and performance targets set by the team lead/manager.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers calmly.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is an advantage (not mandatory for fresher roles).
