MIS Executive/Analyst Job Overview The MIS Executive/Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decisions. This role involves maintaining reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing useful insights. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Collect, compile, and analyze data from sources like databases, CRM, and Excel. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Data Insights: Identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and find patterns in business data. System Improvement: Work with IT teams to improve data systems and reporting processes. Support & Communication: Provide data-related assistance and present findings clearly to different departments. Required Skills: Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts. Database Knowledge: SQL experience for data extraction. BI Tools: Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and spot trends. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in reports.
