Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Malayalam Voice Process Executives. This is a work-from-home position based in India, ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. Whether you are a fresher or have minimal experience, we welcome your application to help us create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support in Malayalam.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback on call quality and customer experience to improve processes.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance targets.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
