Job Description

Job Title:

Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

If you're skilled in performance marketing, social media strategy, influencer marketing, and agency coordination we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and execute
end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
for FMCG brands across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
Drive
brand visibility, awareness, and engagement
through paid, owned, and earned media channels.
Coordinate with
creative and media agencies
for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc., and create actionable reports.
Manage
influencer marketing
programs and social media calendars in line with brand objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams for
product launches, e-commerce promotions
, and digital brand storytelling.
Support in
monthly reporting and yearly digital planning
activities.

Candidate Profile

36 years of experience
in digital marketing for FMCG brands or with a digital agency handling FMCG clients.
Hands-on knowledge of
social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, influencer platforms
, and campaign analytics.
Proven track record of
executing successful digital campaigns
.
Strong understanding of
brand communication, content trends, and audience targeting
.
Excellent coordination skills for managing
multiple stakeholders and agency partners
.
Experience in
monthly performance reporting and digital media planning
.
