Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Counselor based in Indore. The Hiring Counselor will be responsible for guiding and advising students on course selection, career opportunities, and job placements. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, assessing student capabilities, offering career advice, coordinating with industry partners, and maintaining student records. The role also involves organizing workshops, job fairs, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Career Counseling and Student Assessment
• Experience in coordinating with industry partners and organizing events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage student records
• Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
