Designation : Associate - Enterprise Sales (Fresher Role) Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite About the Role We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in sales . As an Enterprise Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities , interacting with potential clients, and learning the fundamentals of solution-based selling in the technology and CPaaS domain. This is an individual contributor role with strong growth potential and hands-on learning in enterprise-level sales. Key Responsibilities Learn and execute the company's sales strategies to identify new business opportunities . Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM systems accurately. What We are looking for Education: MBA/PGDM Fresher (2025 pass outs ONLY) Experience: No prior experience required; internships or projects in B2B sales/SaaS sales are a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a B2B sales environment Positive attitude and self-motivated approach Willingness to travel locally for client meetings Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and working from office Interview Process The selection process will include in-person interviews at our offices.
