Job Summary: We’re looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Manager with a strong hunter mindset to lead and manage the performance of enterprise sales in the Mumbai region. This role is focused on new business acquisition while managing and driving the performance of team. You will work in a consultative, highly analytical environment to drive growth across CPaaS channels. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for CPaaS solutions (RCS, WhatsApp, Truecaller, SMS, Voice, Email, Conversation AI). Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years managing a small team. Experience in selling CPaaS, SaaS, or enterprise communication/technology solutions. Demonstrated success in a hunter sales role, including winning large strategic accounts. Proven ability to manage sales forecasts and financial models. Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies across digital and telecom channels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
