Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage outbound calls to assist customers with order queries, deliveries, returns, and payment-related issues.
Guide website navigation, product selection, and checkout process for customers on the Shopify platform.
Handle NDR, RTO, and Abandoned Cart follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment.
Resolve customer complaints and offer solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Document customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,924.53 - ₹16,930.21 per month
