Troubleshooting market issues, ensuring the availability of stock in the distributor, aligning the distributor with growth goals, and ensuring PSR (pre-sales representative) salaries are received on time are also crucial tasks. Maintaining a culture of high performance and camaraderie in the team is essential for success in this position. In this role, you can expect field work/market visits as well as a disciplined work culture in sales. The job entails a 6-day working schedule from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
