Role & responsibilities

Answer and respond to incoming calls in a professional manner, addressing queries or escalating issues as required.


Log and track call details accurately for future reference and follow-up actions.


Maintain and update databases regularly to ensure accurate and current records.


Compile and prepare reports based on collected data and call records for management review.


Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of reports.
