This role will play a critical part in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that support strategic initiatives across healthcare operations, RCM automation, and intelligent decision-making platforms. Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 3 to 8 years Key Responsibilities: Design and implement advanced machine learning and AI algorithms for real-world business use cases (e.g., Denial Prevention, Prior Authorization AI, Coding AI). Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data (e.g., claims, clinical notes, payer data) to create actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and automation developers to deploy end-to-end AI solutions. Build and maintain model pipelines: data preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment. Develop NLP models to extract, classify, and interpret clinical and operational data from free-text sources. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate to improve accuracy, precision, and recall. Document experiments, methodologies, and findings to ensure traceability and reproducibility. Contribute to ML Ops efforts to ensure scalable, robust, and production-ready model deployments. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers. Strong experience in NLP, classification, entity recognition, or sequence labeling tasks. Familiarity with model versioning, deployment (e.g., Flask, FastAPI), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Experience working with healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, EHR, CPT, ICD-10) is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous model training pipelines. Experience working in RCM or healthcare IT environments. Contributions to open-source projects or relevant AI/ML publications. Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting The Role demands for a highly qualified professional with experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Automation using Python/PySpark/SQL, Statistical modelling, Knowledge of healthcare datasets (LAAD, APLD, Xponent, Prescriber-level data), and Visualization using PowerBI. Responsibilities . Analyze datasets like LAAD, APLD, Xponent, Prescriber-level data to answer business questions and to create data models which would be further used for data modelling and visualization. . Perform deep-dive analytics to create reports on drug markets. . Perform data evaluation for its relevance to existing and upcoming business needs. . Perform statistical analysis like descriptive analysis, test-control matching, PSM, etc. for various use cases. . Use techniques like classical machine learning (Regression & Clustering), XGBoost, Decision Trees, etc. for predictive analysis. . Build and maintain data pipelines on Databricks using PySpark, Python, and SQL. . Ensure data integrity, preprocessing, and transformation for robust analytics . Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to drive strategic insights. . Maintain all the Power BI dashboards already in production along with weekly QCs to ensure correct reporting. . Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the dashboards. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Engineering or Economics or Statistics graduation with relevant experience in data analytics within the life-sciences & pharma domain . Highly skilled in Data science & statistical techniques . Proficiency in Python/R, PySpark and SQL . Experience of developing dashboards in Power BI preferred . Experience of working on major pharma commercial datasets . Effective verbal & written communication, and good storyboarding skills to present results to stakeholders . Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills . Zeal to automate and bring efficiencies and develop advanced analytics capabilities to progress offerings Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams . Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients, scheduling flexibility required .
