CLIENT: Leading provider of staffing and Human Resources Management solutions that cater to the dynamic and diverse needs of businesses across the world. KEY DELIVERABLES: Own the P&L for Talent Acquisition, Reduce cycle time and reduce average cost per hire. Strategize talent acquisition process and use automation in hiring processes to improve efficiency of operations. Develop Predictive Vacancy forecast model to make available a talent pool for immediate fulfillment for critical roles. Reduce cycle time of recruitment. Continuously identify potential sources and methods of sourcing for discrete, mass & campus talent. Promote in-house Job portal by adding more Jobs & Job seekers. Own the quality of candidates i.e. fit to the skill, knowledge and attitude required to perform on the job. Ensure adherence to defined salary bands, reduce cost per hire reduce replacement costs by improving quality of hire. Incumbent profile: 12+ years of core experience in non-IT Talent Acquisition, with about 5 years as a team leader in a fast pace setup. Exposure to diverse business lines & across levels.
