Head of UX and Design

As a software developer, you will be responsible for designing and building applications/components using open source technology. You should have a B.Tech./ B.E / MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of software development experience. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on Python/Java development projects and have rolled out at least 4 live projects. Your responsibilities will include taking complete ownership of the deliveries assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, working with outside data sources and API's, unit-testing code for robustness, and working on bug fixing and improving application performance. To succeed in this role, you are expected to have a good understanding and experience of either SDLC or PDLC, as well as experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential qualities for this position. Ideally, you should be familiar with agile practices and have a highly technical background. You should be comfortable discussing detailed technical aspects of system design and implementation while remaining business-driven. With 5+ years of systems analysis, technical analysis, or business analysis experience, you should have excellent communication skills to enable shared understanding of financial and technical concepts by diverse stakeholders. If you have exposure to financial systems or accounting knowledge, it would be considered a plus. Your role will involve working on challenging projects and contributing to the overall success of the team.,
