As the Head of Brand & Marketing at SARAS AI Institute, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity and narrative of the world's first AI-exclusive, online, degree-awarding institution. You will be responsible for everything from brand building to content creation, digital marketing to community growth, catering to diverse geographies and audience segments. Your role will involve developing SARAS as a recognized brand in the field of AI education worldwide, creating engaging content across various formats, and leading digital marketing efforts to enhance our online presence. You will also be tasked with managing a talented team across content, design, social media, and CRM, and working closely with other departments to ensure alignment and excellence in execution. To excel in this role, you should have 8-12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position. You should have a proven track record of building and scaling global brands, ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech sectors. A strong command over written and visual content, deep understanding of digital strategy, and a keen sense of customer psychology are essential for success in this role. You should thrive in ambiguity, be proactive, and exhibit a strong belief in the future of learning, AI, and mission-driven work.
