Head of Key Accounts

As the Head of Key Accounts at DealBerg, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic account management efforts, establishing strong client partnerships, and leading initiatives to enhance customer value and retention. Your primary focus will be on managing large enterprise accounts in industries such as F&B, retail, eCommerce, and fashion. Your responsibilities will include building and leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering exceptional client value, managing end-to-end relationships with major clients, and developing and implementing account growth strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing account performance, market trends, and operational metrics to drive informed business decisions and mitigate risks effectively. Collaboration with product, operations, and supply chain functions will be crucial to ensure optimal delivery and innovation for clients. You will also be expected to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive DealBerg's market expansion. As a champion for customer-centricity, you will continuously strive to enhance solutions to exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 6 years of experience in managing key accounts in B2B, procurement tech, e-commerce, or related sectors. Strong leadership, business development, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills are essential. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, supply chain, or a related field, is required. This role is based in HSR Sector 3, Bangalore, Karnataka, and requires full-time, in-office leadership. Immediate joiners are preferred.
