Role & responsibilities

Franchise Development & Expansion

• Identify and evaluate potential markets for franchise growth across India.
  
• Drive franchise acquisition aligned with the companys business goals.
  
• Develop and execute scalable growth strategies.
  
• Assess franchise proposals through feasibility studies, market research, and site visits.
  
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and ensure legal compliance for new franchisees.

Franchise Partner Management

• Serve as the main communication link between the company and franchisees.
  
• Assist in store setup, recruitment, training, and launch operations.
  
• Monitor franchisee performance against key business KPIs.
  
• Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

Reporting & Strategic Input

• Create and deliver regular performance and expansion reports.
  
• Provide insights into market trends and franchise operations.
  
• Contribute to business planning, new product rollouts, and pricing strategy.
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve the franchise model for market relevance and efficiency.
  

Business Operations & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain, training) to address franchisee requirements.
  
• Drive unit-level profitability for both franchisees and the company.
  
• Support and collaborate on local marketing and promotional activities.
  

Preferred candidate profile -

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or Sales & Marketing; an MBA is preferred.
  
• 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in franchise development, business expansion, or network growth preferably within the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or Food & Beverage retail sector.
  
• Demonstrated success in scaling franchise operations across multiple regions.
  
• In-depth knowledge of the legal, financial, and operational frameworks related to franchising.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Flexibility and readiness to travel extensively across India as per business requirements.
